The Women's History Network
Founded in Britain in June 1991 by a group of researchers, teachers and academics. Since then it has grown rapidly, and it is now an important national association for all those concerned with promoting women's history and encouraging women interested in history. This site will be of particular interest to those working in British women’s history. The site provides a discussion board.
H-Women
A member of H-Net Humanities & Social Sciences OnLine. H-Women is free and open to everyone with a mature and abiding interest in the history of women, especially scholars, teachers and librarians. H-Women is primarily American in focus but has international information as well.

Web site provides links to other non-profit, education and government web sites with content relevant to nursing history.
Archives Library Information Center (ALIC)
A U.S. site with very good material on archival research and topics in women’s history.
