This is the beginning of a collection of profiles of Alberta women who contributed in significant ways to the development and betterment of Alberta. These women come from diverse backgrounds and they possess among them a wide variety of passions, skills and commitments. We encourage you to use these profiles as starting points for further reading and research by using the information and the links to resources we provide in each profile. Please acknowledge all sources from which you take information.
Note: We are working on more profiles, and this is where you can be part of this project. If you know a woman whom you feel should be profiled here but she does not have a profile yet, nor is she on our list below of women we are researching, please contact us and give us the name of the person and whatever details about her you can share with us.
