Jean Crozier

Jean is an Edmontonian, a retired library and information management consultant, a mother and grandmother. She has served as a leader and mentor for women entrepreneurs, filled executive positions in both professional organizations such as the Canadian Library Association and the Association of Records Managers and Administrators, and has taken active roles in community organizations such as the Alberta Women’s Memory Project, Pro Coro Canada, and the University of Alberta Alumni Council.

Jean has received numerous awards, including the SAGE Award for Business and Entrepreneurship; she was a Regional Finalist in the Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Awards, and was chosen one of "Alberta's 50 Most Influential People" by Alberta Venture magazine. In 2008, her book No Corner Boys Here received a Bronze Medal for "Best Non-Fiction Canada West" from the Independent Publishers Book Awards in Los Angeles, CA.
